PPL Search Intelligence HV

PPL Search Intelligence HV brings the customer-facing PPL Search Intelligence experience to stores that use a compatible modern storefront theme. When a shopper types in the header search field, the extension opens a responsive AJAX search overlay instead of sending the shopper straight to a separate results page; the overlay can present product suggestions, typo recovery, matched redirects, related searches, category shortcuts, sorting, and a View All link to the full results page, while optional Discovery Filters HV integration adds in-overlay filters. Enabled product cards can offer Add to Cart, Wishlist, and Compare actions, and the native storefront search remains available if Search Intelligence is disabled or the overlay cannot initialize. Merchants configure the experience in the admin: the overlay can behave as a dropdown, centered panel, full-width panel, or fullscreen surface, with separate desktop and mobile sizing, product cards per row, card style, visible product fields, filter position, and a customizable title, slogan, icon, or header image. For example, a fashion store can open a fullscreen mobile search, correct a misspelled query, let the shopper narrow products by category and filter, sort the visible results, and continue to the full search page without replacing the store's modern storefront frontend.
