Back to topPPL Report Stale Products helps merchants identify products that may need attention because they have not sold recently or have never sold. It adds a read-only stale product report to the PPL Reports admin area, giving teams a starting point for catalog cleanup and merchandising review.
The extension is designed to support catalog review, merchandising cleanup, and operational product checks. When PPL Action Widget is installed, the report can also provide a report widget for faster recurring review.
Why it is useful
Products that do not sell can indicate many different issues. The price may be wrong, the content may be weak, the image may not work, the product may be hidden behind poor navigation, or demand may simply be low.
PPL Report Stale Products gives merchants and agencies a practical starting point for catalog review. It helps teams decide which products may need content updates, promotion, repositioning, stock decisions, or retirement.
Compatibility
PPL Report Stale Products is designed for Magento Open Source 2.4 and Adobe Commerce 2.4. It uses PPL Report Core and PPL Hub. It is compatible with PPL Action Widget and can provide a report widget for the Action Widget board when PPL Action Widget is installed.
