How It Works

1. Every outgoing Magento email is automatically logged 
2. Admin can view, resend, or forward emails directly from the log grid
3. Blacklisted addresses are automatically excluded 
4. When whitelist mode is enabled, only selected email templates can send 
5. A cron job periodically deletes older logs based on retention rules
