Overview
Back to topPin Payments - Magento 2 extension will integrate the Pin Payments Payment system with your Magento 2 and allow your customers to take online payments directly on your website during the entire checkout process.
Purchases using this module result in the credit card data not touching the merchant's servers. Card data is encrypted and sent over a secure connection from the card holders device (computer/phone/tablet) directly to the Pin Payments servers, bypassing the merchant's website. This assists with PCI-DSS compliance for the merchant.
Pin Payments is Australia’s first all-in-one multi-currency online payment system, designed to bring the banks’ traditional merchant services up to date with today’s technology. Australian businesses can sign-up to Pin Payments and have everything they need to accept card payments online. No merchant account is required, customers can be charged in all major currencies and an account can be activated same business day. Learn more about Pin Payments

Security & PCI Compliance
Once the customers add products to their cart and proceed to pay using Pin Payments, they are asked to add card details on-site, which will be transferred back to the merchant’s server before being transferred to the Pin Payments server.
Since merchants do not store or process customer payment information, they will be able to handle more customers. Merchants using the Pin Payments API integration will be eligible to validate PCI DSS using the SAQ A-EP level of compliance.
