Overview
Back to topBluedog Payment Gateway extension allows you to take credit card payments through BLUEDOG Gateway 2.0 directly on your Magento 2 website. This extension uses an API to process the transactions and does not store any card details in the shop.
Account & Pricing
In order to use the extension, you need to have a merchant account provided by BLUEDOG, and they will give you the credentials to access Merchant Portal
To see the Pricing Plans, you need to contact BLUEDOG team
How it works
From Back-end: The admin enables the extension, sets a custom title for the payment method, puts in a Private API Key, selects Test mode, selects payment action, selects allowed credit card types, selects allowed countries, and saves the configuration.
From Front-end: Customers can then select the BLUEDOG method at the checkout page, enter the card or debit card details, and place the order.

Security & PCI Compliance
Once the customers add products to their cart and proceed to pay using BLUEDOG Payments, they are asked to add card details on-site, which will be transferred back to the merchant’s server before being transferred to BLUEDOG's server.
Since merchants do not store or process customer payment information, they will be able to handle more customers. Merchants using the BLUDEDOG Gateway 2.0 API integration will be eligible to validate PCI DSS using the SAQ A-EP level of compliance.
