Zinia is the new ‘buy now, pay later’ brand of Santander’s Digital Consumer Bank, created by the combination of two successful businesses: Santander Consumer Finance (SCF) and Openbank. We make payments simple so customers can split them into instalments or settle them at a later date. An easy, fast and clear way to shop and help businesses boost sales and customer engagement. All products are available both for in-store and online purchases at participating businesses with offline functionality.

Since our launch, more than 2 million customers have used our BNPL solution. We've partnered with over 63 thousand merchants across the world and our international expansion is afoot, aiming to service the 16 countries where we operate.

Other Features:

· Point of Sale: All payment methods can also be used completely digital in-store - as a self-checkout via QR codes or SMS/e-mail and as a merchant version or through an integration into your existing PoS system.

· Pay by Link: The payment link (or the QR code) can be send via e-mail or sms to your customers and works with all payment methods. Therefore, pay by link is the ideal solution for merchants, who want to make special offers for customers or who want to process call center orders. Alternatively, pay by link can also integrated by API into existing processes and systems.

· Order Management: The easy management allows you to control all transactions in your shop-backend as well as in your Zinia account.

· Specific Settings: Activate or deactivate payment methods with just one click. Select different payment options depending on shopping cart size or on customer address. You can even offer the same payment method in different variations (e.g. different terms and conditions for instalments).

· Widgets & Rate Calculator: To draw attention to payment methods such as instalments and financing, specific widgets can be implemented to provide more information or calculate the monthly rate directly.

· Product Synchronization: With this plugin you can easily synchronize your products to other sales channels such as marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, ebay), product comparison (e.g. Google shopping) and social media (e.g. Facebook shops/marketplace, Instagram).

· Cyber Security: We guarantee the highest security standards by using the latest technology and periodic PCI scans as well as annual external audits due to the highly regulated banking sector.

· GDPR: To meet the highest compliance and security standards, all data is stored on ISO/IEC 27001 & PCI DSS certified server located in the European Union.
