Back to topOverview
Back to topPaydibs is a Malaysian payment services provider regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia. Paydibs provides secure payment solutions that help businesses accept FPX online banking, cards, eWallets, DuitNow QR, Buy Now Pay Later, and other digital payment methods. Paydibs is PCI DSS certified and operates the hosted payment screens, transaction processing, and settlement services according to its merchant agreements and compliance programme.
Paydibs Payment Gateway for Magento connects Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce 2.4.x stores to Paydibs through a secure hosted redirect flow. Customers select Paydibs during checkout, complete payment on a Paydibs-hosted payment page, and return to the merchant’s store. Paydibs also sends a server-to-server notification so the extension can update the Magento order automatically.
Account & Pricing
A separate Paydibs merchant account is required to use this extension for Magento.
The account is not created during extension installation. Installing the extension only adds the Paydibs payment integration to the merchant’s Magento store. Merchants must complete Paydibs onboarding separately and obtain valid merchant credentials before processing live transactions.
To register or begin merchant onboarding, visit https://paydibs.com or contact support@paydibs.com.
Additional payment-processing fees may apply. Pricing, transaction fees, settlement terms, and other commercial conditions are defined by the merchant’s agreement with Paydibs. The extension itself does not add a separate per-order surcharge.
Paydibs does not currently publish a universal pricing schedule because pricing may depend on the merchant’s business requirements and selected payment methods. Contact support@paydibs.com for account setup and pricing information.

Security
Integration Method
This extension uses a full-page hosted redirect integration. Customers leave the Magento storefront temporarily and complete payment on a secure payment page operated by Paydibs. After payment, customers are returned to the merchant’s store.
The extension also supports server-to-server payment notifications. These notifications allow Paydibs to communicate the payment result to the Magento store independently of the customer’s browser return.
Payment Data Entry
Customers do not enter card numbers, CVV values, online banking credentials, or other sensitive payment credentials into fields hosted by this extension on the Magento server.
Sensitive payment information is entered on the Paydibs-hosted payment page and processed within the Paydibs payment environment.
Data Stored in Magento
The extension does not store full card numbers, CVV values, magnetic-stripe data, online banking passwords, or other sensitive authentication data on the Magento server.
Magento stores the ordinary customer and order information required to operate the store. The extension may also store limited payment metadata required for order management and reconciliation, including transaction identifiers, payment statuses, response codes, and related Paydibs reference information.
PCI DSS and SAQ
Paydibs is PCI DSS certified.
Because this extension uses a full-page redirect and payment-card information is entered only on the Paydibs-hosted payment page, the integration is designed to support SAQ A eligibility.
A merchant’s final PCI DSS scope and SAQ eligibility depend on the merchant’s complete environment, including hosting, administrative access, other installed extensions, business processes, and any additional payment channels. Merchants should confirm their applicable SAQ and compliance obligations with their acquiring bank or PCI Qualified Security Assessor.
Requirements
- Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce 2.4.x
- Active Paydibs merchant account
- Valid Paydibs merchant credentials
- HTTPS enabled for the storefront and checkout
