LexisNexis® Emailage® reduces fraudulent chargebacks and increases approval rates using consumer email intelligence as a more reliable risk signal. LexisNexis® Emailage® reimagines fraud detection for ecommerce merchants, providing a clearer view of the customer behind the transaction via a patented, proprietary analytic approach that unites traditional data, digital data and dynamic fraud signals. When a customer places an order, Emailage® assesses risk in milliseconds by evaluating over 1,000 variables that could indicate suspicious behavior.

When you receive orders, acquire new customers or support account management, the integration with Emailage® displays real time fraud results (e.g., pass, fail, in review) directly in your Magento storefront. You can immediately identify and remediate fraud within your transactions based on email intelligence. You can configure the fraud prevention actions Emailage® can take on behalf of your store, selecting between fully automatic, partially automatic, and manual review.
