Account & Pricing
- A separate OpenAI account is required to use this extension.
- Accounts are not created during installation; merchants must sign up separately at OpenAI Signup.
- An API key from OpenAI must be added in the Magento admin panel.
- OpenAI usage is not free. Fees are charged based on API usage. See OpenAI Pricing for details.
- Merchants are responsible for creating and managing their OpenAI account and billing.

The ChatBot module integrates OpenAI’s ChatGPT into Magento 2 store, enabling customers to interact via a smart chatbot for product searches, order queries and support interactions through intelligent, real-time conversations. It supports both product query handling and order query handling. For product-related queries, the bot shows suggestion texts in every response, which can be fully configured or enabled/disabled from the admin panel.
