Security

The Noda Payments Magento 2 module is built with a strong focus on security and PCI compliance to ensure safe and seamless transactions for merchants and customers.

Our integration uses a Redirect method in combination with API communication. When a customer proceeds to make a payment, they are securely redirected to Noda’s hosted payment page, where the payment is processed. This ensures that no sensitive payment data is entered or processed on the Magento server.

Because customer payment data is processed directly on Noda’s secure platform, the Magento store does not collect or store any payment information. This significantly reduces the PCI compliance scope for the merchant.

This integration approach qualifies for PCI SAQ A compliance, as all payment data is handled externally and securely via redirection. Magento servers do not come into contact with or store any cardholder or sensitive authentication data at any point in the transaction flow.
