Starting with the mandatory rollout of KSeF in Poland, all VAT taxpayers conducting B2B transactions are required to issue structured electronic invoices through the official government platform.The KSeF Connector eliminates the complexity of this process by integrating directly into your Magento 2 store - automating invoice generation, signing, encryption, and submission, all without leaving the Magento admin panel.

The module handles the full FA (3) XML schema required by KSeF, encrypts payloads using AES-256-CBC with the official KSeF public certificate, and validates each invoice against the official XSD schema before submission. This ensures every invoice you send meets the Ministry of Finance technical requirements.

Configure a cron schedule and let the module handle everything. It automatically fetches all unsent invoices and submits them to KSeF on your chosen schedule. Only invoices from KSeF-enabled stores are processed, giving you full control in multi-store setups.

Send multiple invoices to KSeF directly from Sales > Invoices with a single click using the built-in mass action. The module automatically filters eligible invoices - only those with a company name and VAT ID in the billing address are submitted.
