Review Reminder

Review Reminder extension for Magento 2 has been developed by the product team at Nexius. Nexius Review Reminder extension is a great solution for your store to increase conversion rate and boost sales. By allowing sending automated notifications Emails to customers who have purchased products from the store, you can save time and get more reviews from them. The more reviews you get, the more trustworthy the store looks, which is an important factor for customers to decide on buying products from your store.

Features

1. Allow sending automated notification Emails to the customers who have purchased products from the store (using cron).
2. Allow sending manual notification emails to the customer who has purchased products from your store (using Mass Action)
3. It will share and link to the ordered items in an email. This link will redirect your customers to the relevant product page where they can click the Write Your Own Review button.
4. Automatically Send Review Reminder Email: When this feature is enabled, an automatic review reminder email will be sent to the customer using cron.
5. Manual Review Reminder Email: When an order is saved with a status defined in the configuration, this order will be moved automatically to the review reminder table. Merchants will be able to view the orders in the Review Reminder grid.

Review Reminder Grid:

A merchant can view a grid with the following Columns:

1. ID: It will show the Review Id.
2. Purchase Date: It will show the Order Created Date.
3. Updated Date: It will show the last updated date for Grid Entity.
4. Purchase Point: It will show the Store level.
5. Customer Email: It will show customer Email. 
6. Customer Name: It will show the full name of the customer.
7. Review Email Status: This lets you know if an email was sent to a specific customer regarding a particular item. 

Filters

Merchants can apply the following filters on the review reminder grid:

1. ID: Filter records based on Review Id
2. Purchase Date: Filter records based on Order Created Date.
3. Updated Date: Filter records based on the last updated date for Grid Entity.
4. Purchase Point: Filter records based on the Store level.
5. Customer Email: Filter records based on customer Email. 
6. Customer Name: Filter records based on the name of the customer.
7. Review Status: Filter records based on status (Email sent or not).

Mass Actions

Merchant can apply two different Mass Actions on the grid. 

1. Merchants can delete multiple entities from the grid.
2. Merchants can send a review email to all selected customers.

Review Reminder Configuration:

In this extension, Merchants have to set some configurations to send a Review Reminder email.

1. Number of Days:  Number of days after order placed to send the Email.
2. Limit cron run: Limit the number of entities to be processed for one time
3. Review Reminder Email Template: Review Reminder Email Template:  A customizable email template that your customers will receive.
4. Review Reminder Email Sender:  Sender Email Id.
5. Order Status: Default Order Status for a Review Reminder email to be processed.
