Live carrier updates need your own carrier API account, and carriers or 17TRACK may charge for it. This extension for Magento offers a standalone tracking page and secure tracking links so customers can view shipment status without contacting support for updates. After installation, TrackEasy can generate tracking links for emails and provide a mobile-friendly tracking interface that keeps customers informed from shipment to delivery.

Account and Pricing
Live tracking updates use your own API account with each carrier, and carriers may charge for API access. Those accounts are not created during extension installation. 17TRACK is a separate service with a free allowance of tracking numbers, and usage beyond it may be charged by 17TRACK. Royal Mail and Evri need no account because TrackEasy links to their tracking pages.

License and Plans
TrackEasy Seed includes a standalone tracking page with a status timeline, delivery date estimates and update emails, QR code, carrier event refresh, and up to 500 tracked shipments per month. Admin delivery-date editing requires Growth or Pro. SMS updates, email timeline images, and ShipperHQ or ShipStation delivery dates require Pro. A valid Moogento license is required.
The following capabilities require another plan and are not included in this Seed listing:
- SMS delivery updates: Text customers at shipped, out for delivery and delivered. Requires Pro.
- Timeline image in emails: Show shipment progress inside order emails. Requires Pro.
- ShipperHQ and ShipStation delivery dates: Use their delivery estimates. Requires Pro.
- Edit delivery dates in admin: Change a shipment's estimated delivery date from the order. Requires Growth or Pro.
- More tracked shipments: 2,000 a month on Growth, 10,000 on Pro.
