Back to topPicknScan turns Magento Admin into a barcode picking station. Assign orders to a picker, scan each item to confirm it, swap unavailable items, and see at a glance whether every change has synced. Pickers work through one order at a time on a screen built for a scanner, then load the next assigned order without returning to the Orders grid.
Features
- Barcode scanning: Confirm each picked item and quantity by scanning its barcode.
- Order assignment: Assign orders to a picker to keep picking work organized.
- Real-time sync status: See sync indicators to understand when order and item changes are up to date.
- Product substitution: Let pickers swap an unavailable item for an alternative, with an optional price allowance, a verification scan, and an order status set automatically.
- Pick later: Move an item to the end of the pick sequence and carry on with the rest of the order.
- Start from selected orders: Open the picking screen with the orders you selected in the Orders grid already loaded.
- Pick and pack screens: Separate screens for picking and packing with a switch between them.
- Auto-load next order: Load the next assigned order as soon as one is finished.
- PickPack printing: Print PickPack PDFs from the picking screens. PickPack is a separate extension.
- TrolleyBox: PicknScan drives the TrolleyBox multi-order picking screens when TrolleyBox is installed. TrolleyBox is a separate extension.
- Hyvä compatibility: Compatible with Hyvä. PicknScan runs in Magento Admin, so picking works the same on any storefront theme.

License and Plans
PicknScan Seed includes barcode scanning, order assignment, substitution, pick later, sync status and PickPack printing for one concurrent picker. A valid Moogento license is required.
The following capabilities require another plan and are not included in Seed:
- More pickers: Growth allows up to five concurrent pickers. Pro allows unlimited pickers.
- Automatic order assignment: Assign orders to pickers, and unassign them, automatically. Requires Growth or Pro.
- Statistics board: Review picking statistics for your team. Requires Pro.
- Split shipments at packing: Ship part of an order from the packing screen. Requires Pro.
