Back to topAuditEasy is an admin activity tracking and audit logging extension for Magento 2 that helps you maintain accountability, improve security, and simplify compliance in the backend. It records admin logins/logouts and failed login attempts, then captures admin actions (such as product and category edits, CMS updates, customer changes, rule changes, configuration adjustments, and export events) with timestamps, IP addresses, browser details, and location context where available. AuditEasy adds dedicated grids in Magento Admin for access logs and action logs, plus an optional embedded changelog panel on product and customer edit pages. Compatible with Hyvä: AuditEasy works only in Magento Admin and does not change your storefront.
You can control which admin users and areas are tracked, search and filter events by user, date range, entity type, action type, or IP address, and export results to CSV for internal reviews or auditors.
Features
- Admin access logging: Capture logins, logouts, and failed attempts with session, IP, browser, and status context.
- Admin action logging: Track changes across key backend entities, including products, categories, CMS pages/blocks, customers, rules, configuration, and exports.
- Attribute-level change details: See before/after values for individual fields to understand exactly what changed.
- Session correlation: Link actions to an access session to review activity in context.
- Browser and location context: Record the browser for each sign-in, and look up city and country for the IP address using the ipinfo.io service. Location can be unavailable when the lookup service is busy.
- Filter and search the logs: Narrow either log by date range, admin user, record type, action or IP address.
- Embedded entity changelog: Review audit history directly on product and customer edit pages.
- CSV export: Export filtered logs for compliance reporting and operational review.
- Retention and automatic cleanup: Logs older than the plan's retention period are removed automatically. Seed keeps 7 days.

License and Plans
AuditEasy Seed includes admin access and action logs, before-and-after change details, in-page history, and CSV export. Seed retains logs for 7 days and tracks up to 2 admin users. A valid Moogento license is required.
The following capabilities require another plan and are not included in the Seed plan sold here:
- Revert changes: Restore supported admin changes after reviewing the audit trail. Requires Growth or Pro.
- Security email alerts: Notify staff about configured suspicious admin activity. Requires Growth or Pro.
- Longer retention and more users: Growth keeps 30 days and tracks up to 5 admin users. Pro keeps 365 days with no user limit.
- Remote backup: Send audit backups to an FTP or SFTP destination. Requires Pro.
