AuditEasy Admin Activity Logs

AuditEasy is an admin activity tracking and audit logging extension for Magento 2 that helps you maintain accountability, improve security, and simplify compliance in the backend. It records admin logins/logouts and failed login attempts, then captures admin actions (such as product and category edits, CMS updates, customer changes, rule changes, configuration adjustments, and export events) with timestamps, IP addresses, browser details, and optional geolocation context. AuditEasy adds dedicated grids in Magento Admin for access logs and action logs, plus an optional embedded changelog panel on product and customer edit pages. It does not change your storefront UI.

You can control which admin users and areas are tracked, search and filter events by user, date range, entity type, action type, or IP address, and export results to CSV for internal reviews or auditors. For incident response, AuditEasy can send security notification emails on critical events and (in supported plans) revert selected changes using the before/after values stored in the audit log.
