An email delivery account with SMTP or a supported provider is required, and that provider may charge its own fees. Configure the Winback schedule and email content in Magento Admin, including supported coupon settings. Other automated sequences require Growth or Pro.

Account and Pricing
An email delivery account with SMTP or a supported email provider is required. The account is not created during extension installation and is set up with the provider you choose. Fees vary by the provider you choose and are charged by that provider, separately from this extension.

License and Plans
HelloCustomer Seed sends the Winback Customer sequence. Abandoned Cart, Abandoned Browse, Review Reminder, Newsletter Welcome, and Account Welcome sequences require Growth or Pro. A valid Moogento license and a configured email provider are required. Provider fees are separate.
The following capabilities require another plan and are not included in this Seed listing:
- Abandoned cart and browse sequences: Send scheduled follow-ups for unfinished shopping journeys. Requires Growth or Pro.
- Review reminders: Send timed review requests after purchases. Requires Growth or Pro.
- Welcome sequences: Send scheduled messages after newsletter signup or account creation. Requires Growth or Pro.

- Notification preferences: Let customers choose which messages they receive. Requires Growth or Pro.
- ProfitEasy integration: Use supported profit data in customer messaging workflows. Requires HelloCustomer Growth or Pro and ProfitEasy Growth or Pro; AOV-based coupons require ProfitEasy Pro.
- GiftEasy integration: Use supported gift-card actions in customer messaging workflows when GiftEasy is also installed. Requires Growth or Pro.
