CategoryContent FAQs & Hero

CategoryContent is a category page enhancement extension for Magento 2 that helps you build consistent, conversion-focused category pages without custom theme development. It adds a configurable hero header at the top of category pages (with optional above-title, in-title, and below-title messaging) and can render a tabbed “Details” and “FAQs” section below the product list to keep long-form content easy to scan.

You can set global styling defaults, override them per category, and maintain heroes, details, and FAQs at scale using admin grids and CSV import/export. CategoryContent also includes an option to export existing category hero content from your live site into a CSV for migration or backup. Optional AI prompt and image generation can create hero background images using your own AI provider accounts. AI usage is billed by the provider and additional fees may apply.

• Category hero header: Add above-title, in-title, and below-title content blocks to improve category presentation.
• Hero background options: Use background colors, uploaded images, and fallback images with responsive focus/zoom controls.
• Per-category styling: Configure text color, font size, shadows, and blurb styling using global defaults and per-category overrides.

• FAQ click tracking: Track FAQ interactions and optionally sort FAQs by popularity to surface the most helpful answers.
• CSV workflows: Import and export heroes, details, and FAQs (including support for category names, not just IDs).
• Live site CSV export: Download existing hero content from your site into a Heroes-formatted CSV.
• Optional custom CSS injection: Add small theme adjustments from configuration without editing template files.
• Optional AI generation: Generate prompts and hero background images with multi-provider support (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini/Imagen, OpenRouter).
• Hyva-ready storefront: Compatible with Hyva theme.

Account and Pricing

AI prompt and image generation features require external AI provider accounts chosen by you and are not created during extension installation. AI usage is billed by the provider and additional fees may apply depending on the selected model and volume.
