Back to topCategoryContent AI helps Magento 2 stores manage category heroes, details, and FAQs. Its optional AI image generation connects to provider accounts you choose: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI or OpenRouter. Provider accounts are required for AI features, and provider usage fees may apply.
Set global styling defaults, override them per category, and maintain heroes, details and FAQs at scale with admin grids and CSV import and export. You can also export the hero content already on your live site into a CSV for migration or backup.
Features
- Category hero header: Add content above, inside and below the category title.
- Hero background options: Use background colors, uploaded images, and fallback images with responsive focus/zoom controls.
- Per-category styling: Configure text color, font size, shadows, and blurb styling using global defaults and per-category overrides.
- Details tab: Show the category description or dedicated “Details” content in a tab below the product list.
- FAQs tab widget: Display per-category FAQs in an accordion UI and automatically hide the tab when no FAQs exist.
- FAQ structured data: Output FAQPage JSON-LD for category FAQs so search engines can read the questions and answers.
- FAQ widget for CMS pages: Place the same FAQ accordion on any CMS page or block.
- FAQ management at scale: Use admin grids with inline editing, mass actions, and import/export workflows.
- FAQ click tracking: Track FAQ interactions and optionally sort FAQs by popularity to surface the most helpful answers.
- CSV workflows: Import and export heroes, details, and FAQs (including support for category names, not just IDs).
- Live site CSV export: Download existing hero content from your site into a Heroes-formatted CSV.
- Optional custom CSS injection: Add small theme adjustments from configuration without editing template files.
- Optional AI hero images: Write image prompts and generate hero backgrounds with the provider combination you choose: Anthropic Claude with OpenAI image models, Google Gemini, or OpenRouter.

Account and Pricing
Optional AI generation requires separate accounts with the providers you select: Anthropic and OpenAI, Google AI, or OpenRouter. The accounts are not created during extension installation. Provider usage is billed by the provider and fees vary by chosen models and usage.
