UTM Tracking In Google Analytics
The module allows tracking reviews submitted through URL shared in the review reminder Emails, in Google Analytics. You need to enable UTM tracking from the backend. All you have to do is add UTM tracking source, medium and campaign and the extension will add the tracking code with the review submission URL sent in Email. Once it's set up, sign up for FREE Google Analytics account to integrate analytics into your website. Once you have integrated Google Analytics into your website the right way, you can get the complete analysis of the reviews submitted through the URL in the Email in Google Analytics under the "Campaign" tab.
How Does The Extension Work?
The admin configures the extension to send review reminder Emails to the customers. Also, the module can be set up to send the email after a specific number of days. The admin can select the customer groups to send the review reminders. Moreover, he can control the maximum number of Emails sent per order as well as the order status for which to send the Email.
Encourage customers to give their first review by offering a coupon code in Email, the rule for which can be easily selected from the backend. Not only that, the module facilitates the admin to enable UTM tracking and set the campaign source, medium, and name to track the review submissions.
Note: The module doesn't directly integrate with Google Analytics, but if you have integrated Google Analytics with your website and UTM tracking is enabled for Review Reminder, you can track the reviews submitted through review submission URL under "Campaign" tab in Google Analytics.
After the purchase, the customer receives the Email requesting to review their purchase. It becomes easy and quick for the customers to do so as the Email has the product name, image, and the review submission link. It becomes easy for the admin to manage the review requests, send reminder Emails or delete the log using the "Review Reminder Logs" grid in the backend. Once reviewed, send a reward to the customers in the form of coupon code via Email. Thus, a win-win situation for the admin and the customers!
