Google reCAPTCHA v3 is a FREE service. However, to commence using the extension, you need to register your site with Google to get the site key and secret key.

- The admin is notified of a new refund request via an Email. For that, he has to enter the admin Email ID, select Email sender, and choose the templates for:
- Refund request submission success email template for customers
- New refund request email template for admin
- Refund Request Approval Email Template for Customers
- Refund Request Disapproval Email Template for Customers
- Allows admin to add extra fields to show in the front end apart from the mandatory form fields.
- Facilitates the backend grid "Manage Refund Reasons" that lists all the created and saved refund reasons and its details like ID, reason title, active status or not, and date of creation.
- The admin can add and edit reasons from this grid.
- Admin can set the reasons allowed for refunds from the backend. To add a new reason, he has to configure the reason title and activate it.
- Top link for the refund request form for customers to click and fill in order details, the reason for the refund, image of the product to be returned, accept the privacy policy, and submit the form.
- Backend grid "Manage Refund Requests" with customer, order and refund details for every refund request for easy admin management.
- Easy for customers and admin to handle the refund process and hence enhances return experience for customers.
How Does The Extension Work?
The admin can enable the extension to facilitate the customers for refund requests. For that, he can set form title, enable Google reCAPTCHA to avoid spam refund requests using site key and secret key, enable privacy checkbox to comply with the EU's GDPR, set its custom text, and select the privacy policy redirection page.
He can configure his Email ID, select Email sender, and select Email templates for Email notifications. The admin can select refund request submission success Email template for customers, new refund request Email template for admin, refund request approval Email template for customers, and refund request disapproval Email template for customers.
The admin can select the additional fields to enable in the refund request form.
The backend grid "Manage Refund Reasons" lists all the created and saved refund reasons and its details like ID, reason title, active status, date of creation, and option to add or edit the refund reasons.
To add a new refund reason, the admin can set the reason title and activate it.
From the frontend, the customer can click the "Refund Request" form URL from the top link section. He/she can fill in the details, select the refund reasons, upload the image of the product to be returned, agree to the privacy policy, and submits the refund request. On submission, the Google reCAPTCHA checks for the spam and restricts submission if found bot.
Once the refund request is submitted, the customers get an acknowledgment Email for the successful refund request submission.
Also, the admin gets a new refund request Email notification.
The backend grid "Manage Refund Requests" is updated with the refund request details from where the admin can view and manage refund requests. The grid lists all the details like increment ID, customer name, phone, email, description, country, reasons, request date, and status.
When the refund request is approved or rejected, the customer receives an email for the same.
