Back to topOverview
Back to topManual, repetitive store operations slow teams down and are easy to get wrong. SmartFlows for Magento 2 brings n8n-like workflow automation to your store through a visual, drag-and-drop builder, so you can automate order, customer, product, and stock processes without writing a custom module. If you have ever wanted "when this happens in my store, do that," SmartFlows is how you build it, on a canvas instead of in code.
Each workflow starts from a trigger, a Magento event, an incoming webhook, or an uploaded file, and then runs a chain of action, logic, and data nodes that pass information along the way. You can read and modify live order, customer, and product data with expressions, branch with If and Switch nodes, transform data, send emails, and call external services over HTTP. Because HTTP nodes can reach any API, SmartFlows also supports AI automation, letting your workflows connect to AI and other third-party services as part of a flow. For advanced needs, a sandboxed code node runs safe PHP snippets, a REST API lets you manage and trigger workflows programmatically, and developers can register their own custom nodes. Execution logs and automatic retries show you what ran and help recover from temporary failures, so your automation is transparent and dependable.
