• To integrate the extension with Google Calendar, you need to generate the Google Calendar API credentials from the Google Calendar API Console.
• To integrate the extension with Microsoft Calendar, you need to generate the Outlook Calendar API credentials from your account.

Google reCAPTCHA v3 is also a FREE service. To use the extension, you must register your site with Google to get the site key and secret key.

• Events are auto-created in the respective calendar for the confirmed appointments.

How Does The Extension Work?

The admin can enable the extension to allow customers to book appointments for visiting the retail store. He can configure the starting and ending time for the appointment booking window, duration, the number of allowed appointments at a time, and the allowed weekdays.

The admin can get notified once the new user books an appointment. He can configure the Email ID, Email Sender, and Email Template for the admin email notifications. 

The admin can easily notify the customers of the appointment approval or disapproval. He can configure the auto-confirmation of appointments. He can also select the Email sender and the Email templates for confirmed & unconfirmed appointments. 

The admin can integrate the Google and/or Microsoft Calendar API with Magento 2 store. He can enter the Client ID, Client Secret, Redirect URL, and Client Token received during registration.

The admin can enter the custom text for the event summary and description. Also, the admin can integrate Google reCAPTCHA with Magento 2 store. Here, the admin needs to enter the Site key and Secret key. 

The customers can enter their first name, last name, email address, mobile number, appointment date, and time for booking an appointment from the front end. Once after submitting an appointment form, the admin gets notified via email.
The admin can approve or disapprove the appointment. And all the appointments of the customers get listed in the "Manage Retail Store Appointment" backend grid.

The customer gets notified by email whether the appointment is approved or rejected. Once the appointment is confirmed, it gets auto-updated in the respecitve calendar and the event details.
