After a successful transaction, the customers are sent back to the Magento 2 store, and the order is placed. The customers can find complete details about the payment from the 'My Orders' section, while the admin users can also retrieve the same from the backend. The admins can also generate credit memos and issue refunds for the orders paid by this payment gateway from the backend.

Security and PCI Compliance:

Using the Paya Exchange Virtual Desktop hosted payment method, whenever customers add products to the cart and proceed to checkout, they get redirected to the hosted payment gateway page to enter payment details and complete the payment to place the order. The Payment Gateway hosts the payment process, and customers' card details are neither entered nor stored on the Magento 2 server, thus ensuring a secure payment process. The integration meets the SAQ A level of PCI compliance.
