Order Labels

Reading the status of an order at a glance is hard when everything looks the same in the order grid. Order Labels for Magento 2 fixes that by letting you attach color-coded labels to orders and show them as columns in the Magento order grid, so your team can see priority, payment type, customer type, and more without opening a single order. Instead of digging through order details, staff scan the grid and act faster.

You create the label columns you need, then build labels in three ways: Static labels you apply manually, Dynamic (Rule-Based) labels that assign themselves when an order matches your conditions, and Predefined labels for common scenarios. Each label can be styled with background and text colors, an icon, and a display format, and you can control where it applies by store view and customer group. Dynamic labels stay current automatically on a cron schedule and can remove themselves when an order no longer matches, while filterable and sortable label columns let you segment the order grid in seconds and a Labels Log keeps a full history of activity.
