In 2020, PostNord delivered 2.6 billion letters and shipments, 198 million parcels to the population of 28 million inhabitants and 2 million companies in the Nordic region.
PostNord AB was established in 2009 through the merger of Post Danmark A/S and Posten AB. The parent company, PostNord AB, is a Swedish public limited company with headquarters in Solna, Sweden. PostNord is owned 40% by the Danish State and 60% by the Swedish State. Voting rights are shared 50/50 between the owners.
In addition to features like automatic order management and bulk printing of shipping & return labels, you can also change, book, reserve, and track shipments and more. Ship Connect is developed together with PostNord and uses the latest shipping API. This not only makes the module unique, it's a complete order and shipping manager available directly in the Magento 2 dashboard.
Account & Pricing
To use this extension, you need to create a free PostNord Skicka Direkt Business account. You can create your free account here or during the installation of the extension.
Shipping fees will be charged for every shipment. The shipment fees may vary from merchant to merchant, based on what is agreed upon with PostNord when negotiating your contract.

Carriers & Features
PostNord Ship Connect supports all PostNord shipping methods and options for ecommerce available in the Skicka Direkt Business portal.
Merchants Features
- Shipping selector - Show delivery options in your checkout based on your own rules e.g. weight, dimensions, zip code, country and so on. You decide which shipping methods, options and addons that will appear and when by configure them in the PostNord portal.
- Order automation management - Manage orders without a click of a button with the built in automation which can be turned off if needed.
- Print shipping labels - Single or bulk print shipping labels directly from the Magento dashboard with just a couple of clicks.
- Track shipments - This extension supports “Track & Trace” directly from the Magento dashboard. No need to login to 3rd-party websites to track orders.
- Return labels - Print return labels to go with the package or use the “Link-to-print” options and let the customer print return labels by themselves.
- Payment Checkouts- The extension can be used with e.g Klarna Checkout, Klarna Shipping Assistant, Svea Checkout, Nets Easy Pay and other payment solutions.
- Mobile devices - PostNord Ship Connect module is designed to adapt to the most popular devices.
Customers Features
- Let the customer choose - Let the customers choose their favorite shipping method depending on their country, zip code, time of day, price and more.
- Pickup Point - Let the customer choose their nearest Pickup point.
- Track & notification (SMS or APP) - Let the customer track the package and be notified through E-mail, SMS or the PostNord APP (available for e.g. IOS and Android) when the package arrives. Smooth and appreciated!
- Return Merchandise – Let the customer choose how to return a package, there are several ways. Ex. Print return labels to go with the package or use the “Link-to-print” options and let the customer print return labels by themselves.
