Elavon Converge Payment

Elavon Converge Payment for Magento 2 lets you collect payments securely and quickly via the Elavon Converge payment gateway integrated into your Magento 2 store. 

We use Converge API for our extension to interface with the Converge payment gateway to process transactions. And the integration method used is Checkout.js that enables customers to enter their payment data directly on the checkout page without having to leave your site. Sensitive customer data will be kept completely safe as they are not stored in your Magento server but passed in an encrypted form to Converge for processing.

With our extension, various payment types are supported, and credit cards used for payment can be saved for future checkouts. In addition, you can set up subscription and installment payment for a product, create an order as usual, and view subscription & installment records.

Account & Pricing

You must sign up for an Elavon account for obtaining the credentials required to configure Converge as a payment gateway on your site. Contact Elavon to open an account (The Elavon account is not created during the extension installation).

Elavon uses a quote-based pricing structure. The fees that a client will be charged can vary depending on many factors such as business industry, transaction volume, product or service type, etc. Some of the fees that Elavon charges may include transaction fees, monthly fees, chargeable fees, etc. To receive a quote, submit this form and an Elavon representative will contact you.

• Customers' payment data are not entered or stored on your Magento server. They are passed in an encrypted form to the Converge payment gateway for processing.

Support Various Payment Types

Our Elavon Converge Payment for Magento 2 allows you to accept payments from credit cards to gift cards, electronic checks (ACH), and digital wallets. This helps improve the overall customer experience, leading to increased sales as your customers will have the flexibility to pay for orders in their preferred payment method.

In case you create a new order from your Magento 2 Admin, you will be provided with the same methods to capture payments. 

Complete Payment Details Right On Checkout Page

Once a customer selects Converge Payment Gateway, payment details to fill out are displayed right on your store’s checkout page. The collected data will be sent directly to Converge for processing. 

Support 2 Payment Actions 

With the “Authorize” action, payment transactions are only authorized, and the payment amount is not captured and settled. You will have to create an invoice to capture this amount from Magento Admin.

With the “Authorize and Capture”, the payment amount is immediately captured, and an invoice is automatically created.

Save Cards For Future Use

Your customers can save a card for future payments without having to fill out the card information again and again. All of the saved cards are managed in their account dashboard where the customers can delete or edit them. 

Allow Subscription & Installment Payments

The Elavon Converge Payment extension enables you to set up subscription or installment options for a product. Customers, therefore, can place an order with this kind of product and pay for it with Converge gateway. 

Subscriptions and installments are stored on separate pages in both Magento Admin and customer dashboard, so you and your customers can easily manage them and view their details.
