Magezon BlueFormBuilder PDF Plugin

PDF plugin allows you to create PDF copies of form submissions. Also, you can attach these PDF files to email notifications. 

Note: PDF is a plugin of Blue Form Builder extension. Please pre-install Blue Form Builder. After that, install PDF plugin and it will be integrated with existing Blue Form Builder on your website.

Download form submissions as PDFs

PDF plugin enables you to download form submissions as PDFs. You can:

• Export multiple submissions to PDF file
• Export a single submission to PDF in the backend
• Export a single submission to PDF on frontend

Attach submission PDFs to email notifications

In email notifications sent to admins and customers, you can include the PDF files of form submissions as attachments. Your emails, therefore, will have a more professional look and feel.

PDF plugin empowers you to customize the look and feel of PDF files the way you want: background color, border color, font size, etc.

1. Installation instructions?

To install the plugin, please refer to this document for detailed instructions. It will take you just a few minutes to install our plugin. 

2. How can I design the PDFs?

To customize the look of PDFs, navigate to Content > Blue Form Builder > Settings. In the box on the left, open PDF tab. Then on the right section, you will see Design Settings. To change any settings, just untick the relevant checkbox “Use system value”. 

3. I cannot choose the Magento edition to install this plugin. Why?

Because PDF is a plugin of Blue Form Builder extension, the Magento edition for its installation will be decided by the edition you choose for Blue Form Builder.
