Smart Conditional Logic plugin ensures that your forms are smart, relevant and effective, save you and customers time and collect the data you want. With this plugin, your forms will dynamically change based on what customers fill out. 

Note: Smart Conditional Logic is a plugin of Blue Form Builder extension. Please pre-install Blue Form Builder. After that, install Smart Conditional Logic plugin and it will be integrated with existing Blue Form Builder on your website.

Show/Hide Fields

Sometimes, certain answers of customers require you to show extra fields that ask for more details. But for customers with other answers, you prefer not to overwhelm them with these fields that they don't need to fill in.

With our Smart Conditional Logic, you can conditionally show or hide certain fields. This way, you can collect the most relevant data.

Ex: In a delivery feedback form, if customers rate your service with 2 stars or fewer, a field will appear for them to complete with further explanations. If they select more than 2 stars, they won't see this extra field. Then, they can continue to fill out the form.

Send Emails to Right People in Your Company

The plugin allows you to send emails notifying appropriate members in your company based on what users input in the form. Hence, you can solve their issues quickly and effectively. Example: You can send emails to different people depending on the department users select. Specifically, if they choose "Sales and Leasing" department, the email will be sent to "sale@example.com".

Redirect to Another Page After Form Submission

This allows you to redirect customers to any wanted page after form submission. 

Set Value of Other Fields

With our conditional logic, certain fields will be automatically filled with the values you already set in the backend. Example:

• Your company is doing a promotion in which customers will get a 10% discount if they buy more than 10 T-shirts.
• In an online product purchase form, if customers fill the Type field with T-shirt and the Quantity field with a number greater than 10, then the "Discount" field will auto be "10%".

1. Installation instructions?

To install this plugin, please refer to this document for detailed instructions. It will take you just a few minutes to install our plugin. 

2. Where can I find this plugin after installing it?

After installing this plugin, you can find it in the settings of every form. Open a form’s settings. Then click on “Plugins” tab. You will see the plugin in Conditional Form Fields tab. 

3. Can I show/hide pages on multi-page forms using Smart Conditional Logic?

Yes, based on user input, you can use Smart Conditional Logic to show/hide certain pages of a multi-page form.

4. How many condition logics can I set up?

There is no limit to the number of conditions you can set. Add as many as you want!

5. I cannot choose the Magento edition to install this plugin. Why?

Because Smart Conditional Logic is a plugin of Blue Form Builder extension, the Magento edition for its installation will be decided by the edition you choose for Blue Form Builder.
