2.  Can I assign all payment methods on the list? 

 Yes, you can. If you want to apply all payment methods, you just do nothing with the list or press Ctrl+A to select all. 

3.  I want to enable auto shipment only. 

 The extension gives you the flexibility to enable either invoice or shipment auto-creation, so it’s possible to enable auto shipment only.
