Back to topOverview
Back to topOnly a small portion of shoppers arrive at an eCommerce site knowing exactly what they want. The majority prefer to browse the store using site search or filtering options. When properly optimized, Layered Navigation (aka filtering) makes it as easy for visitors to find products they are looking for.
By default, Magento 2 shoppers cannot select several filters at once, which makes the navigation process complicated. For example, if a customer needs a red and black T-shirts size M and L, out-of-the-box, they will get all the red T-shirts size M, then the red T-shirts size L and only then all the black T-shirts. Pretty tiresome. With Layered Navigation extension, you can greatly reduce the time spent on filtering product attributes, thus improving your website usability. The tool allows you to apply multiple filter selection in the same category, which can greatly benefit shoppers who are comparing products.
Feature Summary
Layered Navigation can easily help you transform the filtering process into fast and customer-friendly functionality:
- Let shoppers select multiple attributes at once
- Show layered navigation attributes on certain category pages
- Restrict attributes visibility on specific category pages
- Enable/disable multiple selections for each product attribute individually
- Fully compatible with the SEO Suite Ultimate for Magento 2
Global & Local Settings
