The installation support fee is $50 if you need support from the Magestore team. Installation support is only valid within 2 weeks after purchase.

Support & warranty policy

The Magestore helpdesk portal offers 24-hour support. Every support request is responded to within working hours (8AM—5 PM GMT+7). 

You’ll get free warranty support within 90 days after purchase. 

• Warranty support includes fixing any bug/error caused by our products, which customers report, to ensure it works well as the demo version.
• Warranty support doesn’t include resolving code conflicts by third-party extensions.

After 90 days, you can renew the support package.
