Flexible conditions help to create fees based on shipping methods, shipping addresses as well as on product subselection and cart attributes. Admin can select whether extra fees will be refundable or not from the configurations settings. Admin can select a particular tax class for the extra fees.

Fees Display With Conditions

Fees Based On Shipping Methods
Admin can assign extra fees to any shipping method. Admin can also assign extra fees to the shipping address. For example, create an extra fee that can apply only to a specific postcode, region, state, and country.
