Highlight Features

Pre-order for all product types to boost sales across different products

The Mageplaza Pre Order Extension supports various product types, allowing you to offer pre-order functionality for simple products, configurable products, grouped products, and bundle products. Whether you’re offering a single item or a combination of products, this feature ensures that all product types can be pre-ordered, increasing your store's sales potential.

Offer flexibility with pre-order based on specific conditions

The extension allows store owners to set specific conditions under which pre-orders can be made. In case the product is out of stock, upcoming, or the requested quantity exceeds the available stock, you can easily enable pre-order functionality. If a customer orders a product that is not yet available, they will be given the option to pre-order, giving you more time for production or restocking without losing any sales.

Keep customers informed with pre-order notifications

This feature provides clear, timely notifications to customers when they add pre-order items to their cart. For example, if customers add out-of-stock or upcoming items to their cart, they will receive notifications about the pre-order status. Similarly, if a customer’s quantity request exceeds the available stock, the system will notify them about the remaining available items. These notifications appear across various pages, including the Category Page, Product Detail Page, Shopping Cart, Checkout, and Admin pages, ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Display expected available date to set clear expectations for customers

Customers will be able to see the expected availability date of pre-order products. It helps reduce uncertainty and improves customer satisfaction by providing clear expectations for delivery dates, leading to higher conversion rates and more successful pre-order transactions.

Customizable pre-order labels to tailor the experience

Pre Order extension for Magento 2 by Mageplaza allows you to customize the pre-order labels, giving you complete control over how the pre-order option appears on your store. For example, you can replace the "Add to Cart" button with a "Pre-order" button and adjust the stock status label to display specific dates. Notices on Checkout, Order, Cart item pages can be changed as well. These customizable labels allow you to tailor the shopping experience and align it with your brand's style and message.

Inform customers via notices on email & PDF Invoice

Once an order is placed, pre-order notices will automatically be included in the order confirmation emails, keeping customers fully informed. This ensures they are reminded of the pre-order status and expected delivery dates. Additionally, these pre-order notices will appear on the Mageplaza PDF Invoice, making it clear on the customer’s invoice that the item is a pre-order, helping to avoid any confusion.

Easy management via grid

Store admins can easily create, edit, and delete pre-orders directly from the backend. It simplifies the process of managing pre-orders, ensuring that admins can efficiently handle customer requests and track pre-order sales.

Compatibility with other Mageplaza extensions

Mageplaza Pre Order works seamlessly with other Mageplaza extensions, such as One Step Checkout, Product Alerts, and PDF Invoice. This integration ensures that all features work smoothly together, improving your store’s functionality and customer experience. Whether it's streamlining the checkout process, alerting customers about product availability, or sending clear invoices, these integrations help make your store more efficient and effective.
