FAQs

Q1. Can I choose any items to apply as free gifts? Is there a limit that the gift price cannot pass?

There is no gift value limit. Admins can set up any product as a gift for customer purchases. For example, a mouse can be a gift for people who buy a laptop.

Q2. I’m making a sales campaign. Can I offer an item discount, or must the additional gift be a product?

You can freely choose to give away a gift in 3 ways: free item, discount by percent, fixed price. 

Q3. Can I set many gifts for customers to choose from freely, or just one gift?

Yes, you can set up various gifts at once. Firstly, please select the condition “If an item is found in the cart with SKU of an item,” then add the other gifts with gift-price type as free.

Q4. I want to encourage people to make larger orders. Can I set the value of a minimal order to receive a gift? 

You can do it by setting the condition and action. In the condition field, choose Subtotal equals or greater than the minimum amount you want. In the action field, please add the gift list you allow customers to select.

Q5. I want to expand my store to other countries. Can I customize the gift specifically to the country I’m targeting?

You can easily do this by selecting the condition Shipping Country and then choosing the nation you aim for. After that, you add the selected gifts.

Q6. Can I set up a free gift for an order if it has more items than a specific amount?

Yes. To do so, please go to the admin panel and select the condition Total items quantity as the specific amount you prefer, then set up the gifts as you want.
