FAQs

Q1: Why are several billing and shipping addresses not appearing in the dropdown list of suggestions?

One Step Checkout suggests addresses from the Google Database. If your new addresses haven’t appeared, it’s simply because Google has not yet updated the data. Please be patient.

Q2: Is it possible to install One Step Checkout on test websites?

Yes! However, we recommend installing one live site and one test site installation only. In case your brand operates multiple stores and domains within the same Magento installation, it will be counted as one installation/license.

Q3: Is it hard to install by myself? 

Don’t worry! You can totally install the module by yourself. Installation is as straightforward as adding any other extension to your website. Just follow our Installation Guide.
