Back to topCustomer Specific Shipping Price lets you give one customer the freight rate you agreed with them. Everyone else still sees your public carriers. A wholesale account that was promised $15 per order pays $15 at checkout, and you can hide the public rates so that account does not have to choose among them.
Compatible with Magento Open Source, Adobe Commerce, and Adobe Commerce on Cloud, version 2.4. Requires the free MageMaclean Core package.

Store the agreed rate on the customer
On the customer record, turn the special rate on and enter the amount. The rate belongs to that account only. Acme Wholesale can be $15 per order while a guest, and every other customer, still sees your table rates and carrier quotes.
Price the order or the quantity
Choose whether the amount applies once per order or once per item. A $15 per-order agreement stays $15 for a large cart. A $2 per-item agreement scales with quantity. Add a handling fee from the carrier settings when the agreement includes a packing charge.
Show only the rate you negotiated
You can hide Magento’s other shipping methods while this customer’s rate is active. Checkout then offers the agreed method and does not invite the buyer to pick a public service instead. You can apply that hiding on the storefront, in the Admin, or in both.
Use it for phone orders as well as the website
A signed-in customer sees the method at checkout. Staff see the same method when they create an order for that customer. The rate does not appear for a different account, so a shared admin terminal still quotes public freight for everyone else.
