Overview

Magento sends order confirmations, invoices, shipments, and credit memos to a customer’s primary account email only—which is a poor fit when buyers need copies routed to accounting, procurement, or other stakeholders. Customer Additional Emails by MageMaclean lets each customer store unlimited extra email addresses and choose which transactional notifications each address receives (orders, invoices, shipments, credit memos). Store administrators manage those addresses on the customer record in the Admin, and when staff create orders, send transactional emails, or post comments that notify the customer, a recipient picker lists the default email plus every configured additional address so the right people are included without manual BCC workarounds. You can enable a self-service Additional Emails section in the customer account dashboard so logged-in shoppers add, edit, and delete their own addresses and notification preferences, or keep management admin-only for B2B accounts maintained by your team. Configuration is per website under Stores → Configuration → MageMaclean → Additional Emails (master enable and optional frontend enable). On the storefront, customers see a new account navigation link and a simple grid of email rows with notification checkboxes; in the Admin, the customer edit form gains an Additional Emails fieldset, and order, invoice, shipment, and credit-memo workflows gain Show Emails / Send Email modals to select recipients. Luma and Blank themes work out of the box; Hyvä Theme merchants enable the bundled companion module (MageMaclean_AdditionalEmailsHyva, included in this package since 2.1.0) for Tailwind-friendly account templates and HTML5 validation—admin recipient pickers and transactional email CC paths do not require it. Integrators can also manage additional email entities through REST routes under /V1/additionalemails/.
