  • To send WhatsApp notifications to customers, the plugin makes use of the default 3 different WhatsApp API integration. 
  1. Custom WhatsApp API (MageComp)
  2. 360dialog API

  • With the help of country flag configurations, the store admin can set the min and max number of digits in the phone number.
  • The admin can also send cart notifications that were left unattended. These types of notifications can be sent to a chosen group of customers.
  • The abandoned cart notification can also be sent via either email, SMS, or Whatsapp. 
  • You can alternatively set a subscribe now button on the cart which will occur as a popup.
  • The abandoned cart notification can be manageable with the help of a grid. 
  • You can also send notifications to the customers when the product went out of stock and is back in stock to a selected group of customers. All the out-of-stock notifications and subscriber status will be stored in a backend admin grid.
  • Apart from that, the admin can also receive various notifications.

How It Works:

 The admin is required to enable the plugin from the store backend, provide general configuration settings, provide configuration details for SMS gateway and WhatsApp integration. 

Also provide Configuration settings for OTP Confirmation at Registration, Configuration settings for the Registration Success Notification, Settings for OTP confirmation text to change mobile number, Settings for OTP confirmation text at checkout, Order Status and Notification Text template settings, and Configuration for Contact Notification and Review Reminder.

Moreover, the admin can also receive notifications. Provide Mobile Number and complete configuration settings to receive Registration notifications, Order Status notifications, and Contact Notification for Admin. All the admin notifications will be easily manageable from the backend grid.

After completing all the settings, the customers will receive OTP verification notification, mobile number changing verification notification, order verification notification.

Also, send abandoned cart notifications and out of stock notifications to the customers.
