Back to topOverview
Back to topSometimes a user is in a requirement to change their email address for the order placement process. Sometimes when a user places an order in hurry, they enter the wrong email ID and later on they want to update it. Default Magento 2 has no option with which user can change their email address. So, to fulfill this requirement MageComp has developed a Request to Assign Order Extension for Magento 2.
Integrating Request to Assign Order for Magento 2 Extension by MageComp will allow store customers to easily request email address modification to the admin. Admin can give confirmation and the customer is then able to change the email address from their My Account dashboard. Alternatively, the admin can also change the customer’s email address directly from the backend of the store. This will help to improve the user experience of your Magento 2 store.
