The extension adds a stylish, floating contact/help button to every page on a website, allowing customers to submit a question without leaving the page they are currently viewing. The administrator receives immediate email notifications of the inquiry (with complete inquiry data and attachment), and all inquiries will be tracked and managed via a dedicated inquiry manager in the Magento backend.

Features:
- Using the Quick Contact Form Module for Magento 2 allows store visitors to quickly submit a query from any page of the store.
- Users can attach up to 5 files, such as images, screenshots, PDFs, and documents, with the query message through the quick contact form.
- For each query sent, the admin gets an email notification with thorough details and is able to reply at the same time.
- The query details are also available on the store admin dashboard and managed through the quick contact manager.
- Support department-wise inquiry routing for Sales, Support, Billing, Wholesale, and more.
- Dedicated Department Manager grid in the backend to create and manage departments with email addresses.
- Once an inquiry has been submitted, customers will receive an automated acknowledgment email.
- Set up customized email templates, sender, recipient email addresses, and subject lines for email.
- To avoid spam inquiries, the administrator can enable Google reCAPTCHA functionality.
- The Quick Contact Form extension allows for the use of a GDPR consent checkbox with a customizable privacy policy message and hyperlinks.
- Administrators are able to control the availability of quick contact forms by restricting certain CMS pages or Customer Groups.
- Old Inquiry submissions will be automatically deleted after the number of days specified by the administrator.
- The administrator will have the ability to customize the pop-up title, button text, colors, icons, and styles according to the store's branding.
How It Works:
The admin can configure the Magento 2 Quick Contact Form Extension from the backend by enabling the module and setting various options, such as: Popup styling, Button styling, Department settings, Email settings, Google reCAPTCHA, GDPR settings, restrictions, and Auto-delete settings.
Once enabled, a 'floating' quick contact/help button appears on the storefront. Customers will be able to access this button from any page of the website and submit an inquiry by entering their details, selecting a department, uploading attachments, and writing their message. After they have submitted their inquiry, customers receive a thank-you confirmation message with an email confirmation, and the administrator receives an inquiry notification email with all submitted data and attachments. Inquiry details are stored in the backend Quick Contact Manager. Admin can view, manage, track, or delete inquiries directly from the Magento admin.
