Features:

• Using the Quick Contact Form Module for Magento 2 allows store visitors to send a query request quickly from any page of the store.
• Users can attach up to 5 files with the query message through the quick contact form.
• For each query sent, the admin gets an email notification with thorough details and is able to reply at the same time.
• The query details are also available on the store admin dashboard and managed through the quick contact manager.
• For email notification, the admin can set a custom template and enter the desired Email ID to receive the query mails.
• It is also possible to set the background color of the quick contact form that is displayed in the storefront that goes with your store theme.

How It Works:

The admin can configure the Quick Contact Form by enabling the extension and specifying some details like Email ID of Admin, Email Template, Email Sender, Email Subject, and Background Color of the Quick Contact Form. The customer can submit any query from the store frontend by entering the asked details and receives a thank you message for successful submission of the query. Admin is capable of viewing and deleting any query details from the backend Quick Contact Manager. Admin also receives query details via email and can send a reply to the query from the mailbox.
