The ability to modify orders in Magento can be difficult to manage. When customers request to modify their order after it has been placed, Magento’s default behavior prevents store owners from making any changes to that order unless they cancel the order, recreate it, issue a refund, and perform manual inventory adjustments. How It Works

The merchant can install the extension through Composer or by downloading it via the admin panel and enabling it within their site. The setup process is quick and does not require any technical knowledge. Assign user permissions to control who can edit orders, ensuring secure and controlled access for your team. Determine which order section is editable. Go to Sales > Orders and click to view any placed order that needs editing. Click the edit controls next to order information, customer details, billing/shipping addresses, products, or payment/shipping methods. After making changes, save the order. The extension automatically recalculates totals, taxes, and shipping where necessary.
