How It Works:

After installing this extension inside your Magento 2 store, you need to enable it from the backend. Now set the custom title and maximum accepted character length according to your business needs. Now select whether you want to show a full order comment box in the frontend or wish to display it as collapsed. And the last option is to show customer comments in the frontend customer account or hide them.

Once you have configured the extension, whenever your customer adds the product to the cart and proceeds to checkout, the extension will display the order comment box in checkout options. Here, they can add their custom order-related instruction if needed.
