How It Works:

After installing this extension inside your Magento 2 store, you need to enable it from the backend. Now, apply settings for Cancel Order Popup, Cancel Order Approval, Auto Cancel Order, Email Configuration, SMS Gateway, WhatsApp Configuration, Country Flag, and Notification Templates.

Once you have configured the extension, on the frontend, the extension will display the "Cancel Order" and “Cancel Item” links in the "My Orders" section. On the click of that button, the extension will open a popup where the customer can specify the reason why he or she wants to cancel their order, add their mobile number, and additional comments if the admin has enabled the popup. Otherwise, the extension will directly cancel the order without any further interaction. Admin reviews the request from the backend grid and can approve or reject with reasons. Customers receive instant updates through: Email notifications, SMS alerts, and WhatsApp messages. Finally, the credit memo will be created, and the refund will be processed successfully if applicable.
