Spoki Cash On Delivery Confirmation

Spoki Cash on Delivery (COD) Confirmation for Magento 2 allows merchants to automatically send a WhatsApp message to customers whenever a Cash on Delivery order is placed. The customer receives an interactive message with buttons to confirm or cancel the order, reducing COD fraud, failed deliveries, and logistic costs.

The extension integrates seamlessly with Spoki’s WhatsApp automation platform. When a COD order is created, the module sends the customer’s phone number, name and email to a dedicated Spoki webhook. Spoki then delivers a WhatsApp message defined in the merchant’s Spoki automation. Customer replies trigger additional automated flows (confirmation or cancellation).

The module includes secure secret-key management, complete logging, resend capabilities and full compatibility with Magento 2.4.x. Phone numbers are automatically normalized using libphonenumber, with fallback handling for invalid formats.
