    UPS Shipping Suite v3 is a complete UPS shipping integration for Adobe Commerce (Magento 2) that replaces the native SOAP-based carrier with modern REST APIs and OAuth2 authentication. This extension connects your store directly to UPS's current API platform, enabling real-time shipping rate calculations at checkout, automated label generation from the admin panel, and webhook-based tracking that pushes delivery updates to your customers automatically. When customers reach checkout, they see accurate UPS rates with estimated delivery dates displayed as "Arrives Wed, Jan 28" rather than generic service names. After you ship orders, UPS sends tracking events directly to your store via webhooks, triggering automatic email notifications for pickup, in-transit, out-for-delivery, and delivered statuses. The extension includes proof of delivery photos in customer emails when UPS captures them, reducing "where's my package" support inquiries. Store administrators can create shipping labels in multiple formats including PDF for office printers, PNG for thermal-compatible output, and ZPL/EPL for direct thermal printing. The admin shipment view displays a complete tracking timeline with color-coded status badges, delivery photos, and signature proof when available.
