How does the Jifiti BNPL plugin work?

Once connected to your store, Jifiti’s BNPL option will appear as an alternative payment method on your checkout page.
You can easily control and customize how this payment method will look on your site through your Magento admin panel.
Customer selects this Buy Now and Pay Later financing option and clicks on the CTA button on the checkout page e.g. Place Order.
This activates the Jifiti application, enabling customers to pre-qualify for financing from the lender.
Customer completes the application by clicking on the Complete Purchase CTA button.
The customer is redirected back to your online store.
Order is automatically paid:
- Invoice is automatically generated and marked as paid.
- Transaction and its related data are automatically saved.
You can access detailed reports through your Magento admin panel at any time.

Security

All information is filled into an Iframe supplied by Jifiti. Customers’ info is stored and processed by Jifiti, and Jifiti will send a token back to the merchant’s server upon completion, meaning merchants won’t have to worry about this process.

For security purposes, the customers' application details are neither entered into nor stored on the Magento 2 server.

This extension uses the redirect method and therefore customers are not entering any sensitive data (credit card number etc) directly on the store. All data is handled by Jifiti, to which the customer is redirected.
