Magyar Posta Logistics Integration

MPL Logistics is the parcel service of the Hungarian Post, offering cost-effective and time-efficient delivery solutions for webshops and companies selling goods in Hungary. 

The MPL shipping method enables customers to select the MPL shipping options and set the address or location to get their packages delivered. The pick-up location options can be chosen by postal code. Customers receive the details of the selected pick-up location in the order confirmation e-mail and are notified of the delivery by MPL. Thanks to the Home Delivery, Pallet Delivery, and PostaPont (Post Office Pick-up Point, Parcel Terminal Pick-up Point, and Partner Pick-up Point) services, customers can receive their orders simply and comfortably, delivered to their address or any of the pick-up locations.

• Pallet delivery
• PostaPont Pick-up delivery
• Partner Pick-up Point (shops partnered with the Hungarian Post)
• Parcel Terminal Pick-up Point
• Post Office Pick-up Point
• Pick-up points can be selected in an autocomplete field for pick-op methods (Post Office Pick-up Point, Parcel Terminal, and Partner Pick-up Point).
• Available languages: English and Hungarian

About the Pick-up services

Parcel Terminals

• Terminals are accessible 24 hours a day nationwide. Check here to see the Terminal locations.
• No extra trip is required to collect parcels as the majority of Parcel Terminals are located at frequented places in the car parks of shopping centers.
• Parcels can be picked up by customers quickly and easily at any time.
• Customers don’t have to receive your parcel at home or work.
• Customers are informed when a parcel arrives in a text message. Parcels are kept in the terminal for 2 working days and can be collected easily from the Parcel Terminal by entering the identification code in the message sent to the customer’s phone number. When this period expires, the parcel will be taken to a nearby post office and the customer will be notified in a new text message.
• Parcels must not weigh more than 20 kgs.

Partner PostaPont Pick-up Points - Patrol Stations (MOL) Or Shop Pick-Up Locations

As most of the MOL Postal Points are open 24 hours a day and most Coop Postal Points 12 hours a day, customers can pick up their parcels before or after work. Check here to list the Parter PostaPont services.

• Customers are advised of the arrival of their parcel in a text message or e-mail.
• A retention period of 5 or 10 working days can be specified, so the customers can collect it within this period whenever they want.
• The collection points are easy to access.
• Parking is simple and free at all the petrol stations.
• At the MOL PostaPont pick-up locations and most of the Coop PostaPont pick-up locations, bank cards are accepted for payment.
• Parcels may not weigh more than 20 kg.

Post Offices

• Parcels can be collected in Post Offices in more than 2,500 towns and villages throughout the country, including the most remote places.
• A retention period of 5 or 10 working days can be specified, so the customers can collect it within this period whenever they want.
• Parcels can be collected while managing other businesses at the post offices.
• Customers don’t have to wait at home or ask someone else to receive the packages.
• Parcels may not weigh more than 30 kg.
