Auto Order Fulfill & Print

This extension integrates with iTechPanel and GLS to automate your warehouse order fulfillment. iTechPanel provides a desktop automation bridge that connects your Adobe Commerce store directly to your local hardware (thermal printers, laser printers, and barcode scanners), while the integration ensures compliant shipping labels—both standard and GLS—are generated instantly.

The Auto Order Fulfill & Print extension transforms your warehouse operations by replacing manual clicks with simple barcode scans. Instead of opening orders one by one, warehouse staff can simply scan a picking slip. The system instantly communicates with the iTechPanel desktop application to trigger invoice creation, submit the shipment, and auto-print the appropriate label on your local printer. It supports both official GLS API labels and standard shipment labels for other carriers.

Account & Pricing

Separate accounts are required.

  • iTechPanel Account: You must have an active account with iTechPanel to license the desktop software. The extension includes a 1-year license; renewal is required annually for continued support and software updates. Please visit the iTechPanel Pricing Page to sign up or view pricing details.
  • GLS Carrier Account: A valid GLS shipping account is required if you wish to generate GLS labels via the API. Standard shipping rates apply based on your contract with the carrier. If using standard labels, this account is not required.
  • Additional Fees: The extension purchase includes the first year of service. Subsequent years require a paid renewal fee for the iTechPanel license key and support.

How It Works

  1. Install the extension on your Adobe Commerce store.
  2. Download the iTechPanel Desktop Software (Windows/Mac) from our documentation hub.
  3. Generate your License Key from the documentation hub and enter it in the extension configuration.
  4. Connect the desktop app to your store using your Admin credentials.
  5. Scan an Order ID barcode from a picking list.
  6. The system automatically creates the invoice, submits the shipment (GLS or Regular), and prints the label on your local printer.
