Once installed, the module adds a customizable cookie consent banner to the storefront, enabling users to accept, reject, or configure their cookie preferences in detail. Scripts and tags are no longer loaded automatically—they are conditionally executed depending on the selected consent categories. This directly impacts how tracking tools, marketing pixels, and functional scripts behave, improving transparency and user trust.
From the admin panel, merchants can easily define cookie groups, assign scripts, and configure how the consent interface appears and behaves. The extension supports both default Magento Luma and Hyvä themes, ensuring compatibility across different storefront setups.
