The extension synchronizes your shop with your Heyloyalty account, so every new email marketing permission is automatically created in Heyloyalty.

Account and pricing
In order to use our extension, you need to have a Heyloyalty account. You can get your free demo account right here.
Once that’s in place, it’s easy to set up the integration between your Magento webshop and Heyloyalty:
- install our extension.
- Set up the API credentials in the Magento extension.
- Choose the desired list from Heyloyalty and map your fields.
- Set up the tracking script and import customer purchasedata from the last 2 years.
When saving customers who have accepted marketing permission, will be imported. Purchase data and tracking will be implemented, if step 4 was completed.

improved tracking
The tracking feature in Heyloyalty lets you track Webshop visitors’ behavior, such as: visits, basket events and purchase events. This lets you create custom triggers and segments using their behavior.

- Trigger an automation x days after the last visit.
- Create a segment for visitors browsing specific products on sale.
- Create a segment for everyone who purchased specific products.

Tracking is an add-on available from Heyloyalty. It's activated by implementing our tracking script (also used for your abandoned basket).
