How Did You Find Us extension for Magento 2 is a way for the digital marketing team/store owner to gather more useful information about conversion sources. It allows customers to select a "How Did You Find Us ?" option during the checkout (E.g: Google Search, A Friend, etc) and let store owners know how they reached them. The dropdown options are managed in Magneto backend and the extension supports an unlimited number of options as well.

The data collected will be saved against the order and will be displayed on the sales order list page and sales order view page. Store owners can view the complete report on a separate page and also can export the report. This extension also creates a drop-down field under the shipping form or payment method in the checkout page based on configuration.

  • Complete report with registered customer and the guest customer will be displayed in a separate grid.
  • Export the report from the grid in a CSV format.
